If your puppy is found to have a congenital defect, the puppy shall be returned (at Buyer’s expense) with registration papers and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian stating the problem. Once re-examined and validated un fit for sale by breeders veterinarian, the puppy will then be replaced at no charge. If you elect to keep the puppy and treat, then arrangements can be made with us to assist with the cost of said treatments. We will not pay more than one quarter of the original cost of the puppy, or 25% of medical treatments, whichever is less. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or treat a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless prior arrangements have been made with, or approved by us.
All puppies bred and sold by us will be accompanied by an accurate and up to date medical record. Puppies will be checked by a veterinarian prior to delivery or shipping and are guaranteed to be sound and in good health. Puppies, whose age at the date of sale precludes completion of the scheduled series of vaccinations, must have the remainder of vaccinations completed by the purchaser, ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy, and for this health guarantee to remain valid. A timetable for the necessary vaccinations will accompany the puppy. The puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be, or suspected of being contaminated, nor should the puppy be exposed to any unhealthy animals until this series of vaccinations has been completed. This series of vaccinations takes approximately 16 weeks to complete. If puppy dies within 10 months of delivery/pick up, buyer must have an autopsy performed by a licensed Veterinarian at buyer’s expense to determine cause of death. If cause of death is due to a genetic related issue, a replacement puppy will be given. The replacement puppy will be of same/equal value. A replacement will only take place if the above puppy has been properly cared for while in buyer’s possession and all necessary documents must be provided as proof of such care.
